Independent booking help

Third-party and OTA flight booking, change, cancellation, and refund help

If you booked a flight through a third-party travel website and now need a change, cancellation, refund, or replacement flight, the first step is figuring out who controls the ticket. FlightOSearch is independent and is not affiliated with Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, or the airlines named in our guides.

Start with the seller that issued your itinerary

The company that collected payment usually controls refunds, billing questions, package bookings, and many cancellation workflows. The airline operating the flight may still help with same-day travel issues, schedule disruptions, seat assignments, and airport support once you have the airline confirmation code.

Frequently asked questions

Can FlightOSearch cancel a flight I bought from another website?

No. If the ticket was purchased from another seller, that seller or the operating airline generally controls the original booking. FlightOSearch can provide general guidance and help you book a new flight through FlightOSearch if needed.

Should I call the airline or the online travel agency?

For refunds, payment, or package issues, start with the online travel agency. For airport, schedule disruption, seat, or day-of-travel issues, the operating airline may also be able to help with the airline confirmation code.
